PRESSURE BLASTING CABINET

Pressure Shot Blasting Cabinet works on the direct pressure principle of blasting. High abrasive velocity is obtained by pressure pot which results in completing the job at a faster rate. A pot is bolted below a hopper of a pressure pot for automatic abrasive refilling arrangements. For the high efficiency of dust collection, a tubular fabric bag dust collector, with a generous filter area is attached with the blaster cabinet as a standard feature.

A manual shaker is provided for shaking. High-Pressure blaster cabinet is recommended for quick cleaning, removal of corrosion and heavy rust particle using coarse grits. All types of coarse and medium-sized grits can be used depending on the application.

Realizing a 5 to 10 times higher output direct Blasting Cabinet operates with one hose connected to the blast nozzle. As a small shot blaster pot pressurizes the abrasive equal to the transportation air pressure, the abrasive simply ‘fall’  into this air stream and is propelled towards the object. So, In this way, the compressed air is only used for transporting the abrasive. Good visibility and effective dust containment are achieved by the powerful dust extracting system which depending on the abrasive type and application, dust extraction can be optimized by applying automatically cleaned filter cartridges or a cyclone separator.

The cabinet size of this model is (910*820 mm) it is equipped with an extra pressure port to increase the pressure of abrasive media which increase the pitting action while performing the sandblasting
