POTABLE SAND BLASTING

Portable sand blasting machine are the machines which can be movable from one place to another easily. Sand blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of an abrasive shot against a surface under high the pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface or to remove the surface materials. Grit (Garnet Sand) used to be the most commonly used material, but since the lung disease are caused by extended inhalation of the dust created by sand, other materials are now used in its place (such as copper slag, steel grit, baking soda, glass beads, dry ice, and walnut shells, garnet sand).

To avoid such major diseases we can use safety devices such as air blaster helmets, operators’ suits, hand gloves, gumboots.

One thing you should never sandblast in a portable sandblasting machine other than yourself is sheet metal. This will twist regardless of pressure. The common misunderstanding is that heat is warping the sheet metal. If the blast media is harder than the metal blasted, the material is removed leaving a texture. This stretches the blasted side of metal.  Small Capacity Sand Blasting Machine (SBP7 150):-

Small sandblasting machines or mini sandblasting machines (mini shot blasting machines) are typically powered by an air compressor and the mini sandblasting machine is named so because of its small-sized blast pot/ small abrasive blaster. Air compressor provides a large volume of high-pressure air to a single blast pot or mini shot blasting machine. Blast pots (Small Sandblaster) are pressurized, tank-like containers, filled with abrasive material (blasting sand), and used to allow an adjustable amount of blasting sand into the main blasting line. Fully equipped and functioning small sandblaster are often found mounted on wheels, offering high mobility and easy transport from site to site. It is also known as a small abrasive blaster, mini abrasive blaster, and small portable sandblaster. Tungsten Carbide Nozzle is at the starting of blasting hose on a small sandblasting machine (small portable sandblaster).

Medium Capacity Sand Blasting Machines (SBP7300)

Medium capacity Sandblasting machines or portable the sandblasting system is used for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds or with high velocities; abrasive sandblaster effect is similar to that of using sandpaper but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies or cracks. Sandblasting can occur naturally, usually as a result of particles are blown by wind causing erosion, or artificially, by using compressed air using air compressors. Medium capacity sandblasting machine (sandblast mobile - SBP7300) is a machine without remote control, which means the operator needs to manually switch ON/OFF the machine knob of blasting pot. Medium Capacity Sand Blasting Machines (SBP7500)

Medium capacity sandblasting machines or sandblasting hopper is named so because of their storing blasting sand capacity or volume of sand in the blasting pot and easy movement of a micro sandblaster. This machine is operated manually by the operator when the pressure in the blast pot increases or decreases. In this type of machine cleaning rate is 9-12 Sq. Mtrs./Hr. that is moderate. It is cheaper in cost than the remote controller machine.

 Large Capacity Sand Blasting Machines (SBP71000):-

In this large sandblasting, the machine cleaning rate is high as compared to other blasting machines. Its sandblasting pot capacity is also high. As compared to other basting machines There are large wheels in this which help in easy movement. There is vibrating shive placed at the top of the blast pot from where we would fill the sand. In this, there is no remote controller therefore operator needs to control the machine manually by ON/OFF the knob. Even there is big blasting holes diameter. Even it is cheaper in comparison with remote control portable air sandblaster.
