SUCTION BLASTING

Suction blasting cabinet is used with suction blast guns or sandblasts cabinet guns. These guns move the mixture of compress air and abrasive media at very high speed to remove corrosion, coatings, rust and other foreign particles. The blast stream from the gun can produce a uniform texture to increase bonding strength for coating.

Sand Blasting Cabinet

Sand Blasting Cabinet works on the induction-suction principle of abrasive delivery. Suction Blasting Cabinet is best suitable for light and medium components where the surface is to be cleaned. Suction Blasting the most effective way to remove corrosion and old paint. Sand Blasting Cabinet is useful for heat treatment shops, tools, dye and mold makers and shot peening of light metal components, etc. When the cabinet and power module are correctly set-up, the cabinet is ready for operation by the actuation of the foot pedal.

Air moving through the gun draws media into the sandblasting gun mixing chamber. The grit mixes with the air and is propelled out the nozzle. After striking the object being blasted, the blast media, along with fines, dust, and by-products generated by blasting, fall through the grate into the cabinet hopper for separation, the particles are drawn into the reclaimer. Dust and fines are separated in the reusable blast media, then media is screened of oversize particles, and returned to the reclaimer hopper for reuse.  Dust and fines are drawn from the reclaimer into the dust collector which traps the dust. Discharging clean air, when the foot pedal is released the blasting stopped.

Suction Blasting Cabinet (ABS-9182):-

Suction blasting cabinet works on the Induction - the Suction principle of abrasive media. The industrial blast cabinet ensures non-stop working and no interruption in the blasting cycle. It is used for light and medium-size components/particles where the surface is to be cleaned or deburred or to provide a fine matte finish. Application of this suction blasting cabinet is in heat treatment shops, tool, die and mold makers and shot peening of light metal objects, etc. Suction blasting cabinet is included with a reclaimer which ensures even surface cleaning and finishing each time. SuctionBlasting Cabinet (12090):-

Sandblasting abrasive blasting the method used to remove impurities like rust, paint from surfaces without damaging the original surface. Usually, a blast cabinet is used to remove calcium buildup from pool tiles or fungus deposits and it can also be used as a means to brighten crevices that have faded, due to a buildup of dirt or contaminants.

As we know sandblasting can be done in open and in the cabinet. To avoid lung diseases we should choose cabinet blasting. Sandblasting cabinet works similarly as suction blasting cabinets the only difference is that sand is used as the abrasive media in sandblasting cabinet to clean, smooth or etch any blasting surface.
